Express Reel Service was started in November, 2006. I was born and raised in Abbotsford, B.C. and have lived here since birth. Fishing has been a passion of mine ever since my dad introduced me to it. I was just a wee little “gipper” then. I have been fixing and maintaining my own reels for over 20 years. This came naturally since my dad was a mechanic. He fixed anything that needed it including the electric shaver, toaster, washer and dryer, but especially his fishing reels! Needless to say this rubbed off on me as I watched and learned how to take reels apart and put them back together as good as new. ( In most cases better than new ). I take extreme care when servicing my reels, the same care that I will extend to my customers.
