Refelting worn out soles doesn't have to be costly, messy or time consuming.Waiting too long can cause the boot itself to start falling apart, especially the rubber sole the felt is glued to. FELT SOLE SERVICE INCLUDES:
Remove laces and insoles then clean boots Strip off the old felt Sand boot bottoms and clean with solvent Apply glue to the boot & new felt then let dry Re-apply glue to both boot and felt Attach felt securely to boot Press with adequate pressure and let dry Trim and shape new felt to fit boot profile |

QUALITY products used include high density 3/8" 80 oz. per sq.yd. white felt. The glue is manufactured by Renia of Germany. In my opinion the best adhesive available for this application. The replacement laces are made by Elite. They are waxed and waterproof for durability and are extremely easy to tie up wet or dry. With Elite laces I guarantee you will notice a difference. As you see these wading boots now have new life with restored comfort. |
