SHIPPING INFORMATION
STEPS FOR SENDING ITEMS IN FOR SERVICING:
1. Package the item(s) in a box. Use stuffing (paper, bubble wrap,foam peanuts) for protection
2. Please include a reel service form with all information filled in for each item sent.
3. On outside of box clearly mark "REELS TO BE REPAIRED & RETURNED TO US" This is extremely important so the package can cross the border without brokerage/customs fees.
4. Take the package to your local post office to ship. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THROUGH UPS OR FEDEX!!! Any package sent via this method will be promptly returned at senders expense, unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Unfortunately both UPS and Fedex charge $40-$60 in brokerage fees for any package to cross the border. Please only ship through the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE or CANADA POST. We also recommend that you add tracking and insurance to the package.

6. You will be notified by email once the package arrives.
7. After the reel(s) have been serviced, you will be sent a detailed invoice of all work performed to the email address provided on the reel service form. Payment can then be made through PayPal's #1 secure encrypted online credit card payment website. (Click on PayPal logo at lower right of this page for more information), or pay by International Money Order.
