I stopped in for some parts that I had lost on my reel. Kevin said the reel wasn't functioning properly and was making some unwanted noise. He did a quicky service right there while I waited. Very nice, he only charged me for the missing parts! Needless to say I gave him a tip for his superior customer service! Thank you very much. I will let my fishing buddies know where to take there gear from now on.
I had my Simms G3 wading boots refelted by Express Reel Service. I had them back in two days. Nice job too, they look like they were done at the factory. It was about half the price it would of cost me to send them away and without the six week wait. Five star service!!!
