Above and beyond service..I had a reel with a problem handle and no available parts to fix it just a few weeks before my annual fishing trip. Express reels was able to custom fit different parts and machine them so the reel was as good as new . They know their stuff and will do whatever it takes to help you out.Can't say enough good things about them.

I was very satisfied with with the professional and affordable service provided, and the education was free , Kevin is a genuine care giver to your reel . If you want great service this is the hidden gem you are looking for , one reel actually seemed to function better than when it was new . Highly recommended. .

I have taken two different reels on two separate occasions to this place a year apart. On both occasions Kevin demonstrated great technical skills - he definitely know his stuff. The service was top notch and with a smile. The "Express" part is not just in the name, it is also in real life plus the bill was completely reasonable and with precise details of what he did and why. We need more businesses like this!
